Question 1. Suchen Sie ein bereits fertiges Produkt für HCMS oder kommen auch individuell entwickelte Softwarelösungen infrage?
Answer:
We look for one integrated and maintained solution, but would allow it to be composed of different technical components.

Question 2. Liegt bereits eine detaillierte Anforderungsspezifikation vor oder wird diese im Laufe des Projekts gemeinsam erarbeitet?
Answer:
We are drawing up detailed requirement specifications on what the solution should do but expect vendor to bring in their own expertise on hydrocarbon management processes and how their solution will be implemented.

As we are an international team in German LNG, we ask all parties to communicate in English.

based on questions from other participants see the following information:

At first we would get the NDA, after receiving the NDA we send out the "General Scope Description".
Till the deadline, 19. April 2025, the "Teilnahmeantrag" - Application for participation - over DTV - Portal.
Not more in the first phase.
Further questions to the products and IT - Solutions targetting to the second phase: Negotiated procedure. The engineers working on it.
