Agency services trade and press events USA

Bayern Tourismus Marketing GmbH (hereinafter BayTM) plans to award a framework contract for agency services from the organization and implementation of two events in two cities in the United States.

BayTM considers only those potential bidding companies to be suitable that have proven experience in organizing and implementing successful trade and press events in the USA as well as a good, existing network of respective trade and press contacts. Due to the nature of the tasks, the bidding company should be based in the USA.
