Award of contract for the room modification within the project of integration of a high voltage shore connection system for the AIDAnova (2)

This contract is only for the Installation of the HVSC room by modifying the existing technical office on deck three (3) port side frame 96-104 and the rearrangement of the existing Active Office to the new HVSC room design. The new HVSC system will be installed on Deck 3 (three) in the aft part of the ship and will consist of two new HVSC incoming plug panels (one placed in each side of the Vessel) therefore a new HVSC room need to be installed on port side, for which the existing Entertainment Technical Office on deck 3 port side need to be converted to the new HVSC room by installation of 2 new A-0 Steel bulkhead on frame 96 with a length of 4100mm and a new A-0 Steel bulkhead in a distance to the portside shell of 4100mm from frame 96-104.

The existing Training office must be modified to the new HVSC room design accordingly.

The scope of work of this contract contains the modification of the existing Entertainment Technical Office (Fig.1 in Annex 1 service description) on deck 3 port side frame 96-104 into the new "HVSC Room" (Fig. 3 in Annex 1 service description).

Rearrangement of the existing "Activities Office" to the new design of the new HVSC room adjoining to the Activity office by extension of the existing B-15 wall panels to connecting to the new steel bulkhead of the HVSC room on frame 96 and 104 as well as closing the ceiling gap in the Training office to the new A-0 Steel bulkhead. Closing of the room with B-15 wall panels inside the training office side from frame 96-104 at the new HVSC A-0 Steel Bulkhead. Reconstructing entry area with existing B-15 wall panels to gain the corridor in front of the Room. Welding and installation works of the main Steel bulkheads will be carried out by owner and is not included.

The Installation must be carried out according following Standards:

- Rina Class Rules

- IEC/ISO/IEE 80005-1

- Existing international European and German standards e.g. IEEC, DIN and VDE for High voltage (11kV) and low voltage cable installation
